The smoky flavor in this Smoked Habanero ATX hot sauce is what hits first, it is subtle, then flavorful, then the heat sneaks up on you. In the video below, I tried this sauce on chicken wings and I have used it since on eggs, beans and rice, and other dishes that needed a splash of smoke and heat.

The beef was cooked to perfection for both of us. The ribeye was quality and the B.T. Leigh’s did more than I expected for the meat and the pieces of attached fat.
